Unsatisfactory resolution from Traditional Dining Provisions International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4717-ORV-6763 placed with Traditional Dining Provisions International on October 24, 2011. I paid $353.94 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brenna R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
