I purchased a platform from Finds Center Enterprises on February 7, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Abbey G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After speaking with Charles Jones from the Resolution Center at Finds Center Enterprises, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
