I am writing regarding order #ORD-1962-KUG-4907 placed with Finds Center Enterprises on September 11, 1971. I paid $478.5 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gracie G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Finds Center Enterprises has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their installation service.
