I have been a loyal customer of Domain of Signature Seongnam International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-5934-SPP-8045) on August 15, 2024, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $285.20 refund only covers part of what I paid for the customer support plan, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
