Consulting Advocates, Advocates failed to honor their commitment

I have been a loyal customer of Consulting Advocates, Advocates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-1937-BQS-7866) on April 23, 1981, and have encountered had repeated billing errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 09, 2025 05:34I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Consulting Advocates, Advocates called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
