Poor customer service experience with Consulting Advocates, Advocates

I want to acknowledge that Consulting Advocates, Advocates has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $226.59 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $226.59 for a restaurant order that never worked properly.
