I have been a loyal customer of Consulting Advocates, Advocates for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-1701-EIC-1159) on January 19, 1984, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 11, 2025 05:41I want to acknowledge that Consulting Advocates, Advocates has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $226.59 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $226.59 for a restaurant order that never worked properly.
