Warranty claim denied by Cuisine & Café

I have been a loyal customer of Cuisine & Café for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-7488-VNJ-6411) on September 2, 2018, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
