I have been a loyal customer of Domain of Urban Fujairah International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-7270-PHT-4811) on February 22, 1979, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 28, 2025 05:12I want to acknowledge that Domain of Urban Fujairah International has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $144.54 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $144.54 for a air purifier that never worked properly.
