Unresolved issue with ScholarTutoring product

I want to report a serious concern with ScholarTutoring's gadget that I purchased on December 12, 2019 from your East Hughberg, Utah store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rosalyn V., but my issue remains unresolved.
