I want to report a serious concern with ScholarTutoring's gadget that I purchased on December 12, 2019 from your East Hughberg, Utah store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Rosalyn V., but my issue remains unresolved.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from ScholarTutoring, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my winter coat. This is extremely frustrating.
