Misleading advertising by Precise Representation Firm Xi'an Group

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Precise Representation Firm Xi'an Group. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the catering service I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
