False promises made by Precise Representation Firm Xi'an Group representative

On February 4, 1997, I signed up for Precise Representation Firm Xi'an Group's training session at their West Carolyne, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $68.46, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cathrine G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
