False promises made by Rights & Offices International representative

On March 9, 1991, I signed up for Rights & Offices International's setup assistance at their Pacochaside, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $139.36, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Neoma C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 01, 2025 05:31Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $168.41 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
