I have been a loyal customer of Rights & Offices International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-4616-EYJ-7524) on June 27, 1996, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Rights & Offices International reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement organic produce box has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
