Classic Services failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9591-HMQ-9812 placed with Classic Services on March 26, 2009. I paid $537.33 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Catherine I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
