I am writing regarding order #ORD-3330-KYB-3884 placed with Classic Services on August 12, 2022. I paid $600.64 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Eloisa Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with Mary Smith from the Support Operations at Classic Services, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
