I am writing regarding order #ORD-3330-KYB-3884 placed with Classic Services on August 12, 2022. I paid $600.64 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Eloisa Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
