I have been a loyal customer of Superior Housing Windsor for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-9797-YCB-5488) on February 20, 2002, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
