False promises made by Justice Firm representative

On September 27, 2023, I signed up for Justice Firm's technical assistance at their Stefaniebury, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $260.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mariano K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
