I have been a loyal customer of Justice Firm for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-6377-WDN-3788) on March 6, 2012, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Justice Firm reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement specialty food item has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
