I purchased a equipment from Outlet & Now on September 18, 2004. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Robin W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The athletic shoes from Outlet & Now not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
