Quality issues with Superior Land Management product

On March 28, 2014, I signed up for Superior Land Management's support package at their North Luciustown, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $54.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lempi T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 10, 2025 06:02It's now been 4 days since my initial complaint, and Superior Land Management still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their design service.
