I want to report a serious concern with Superior Land Management's accessory that I purchased on July 29, 1980 from your North Michale, Texas store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Zena X., but my issue remains unresolved.
