I am writing regarding order #ORD-1275-ZWG-9963 placed with TrendyShop Udon Thani on June 22, 1985. I paid $353.80 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Anahi P. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
