I have been a loyal customer of TrendyShop Udon Thani for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-5139-UFO-4741) on January 24, 2006, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After my initial complaint, TrendyShop Udon Thani contacted me to troubleshoot the fitness tracker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
