I am writing regarding order #ORD-5230-RAZ-8808 placed with Prestige Associates on May 13, 1986. I paid $158.58 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Madilyn Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Prestige Associates. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the air purifier I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
