Quality issues with Prestige Associates product

I purchased a software from Prestige Associates on March 26, 2023. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rafael Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 15, 2025 05:46I've received an email from Richard Hernandez at Prestige Associates offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The smart thermostat was clearly defective from the start.
