I am writing regarding order #ORD-6780-EDJ-1629 placed with Tasty & Food on December 18, 1984. I paid $632.92 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maxie B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Tasty & Food contacted me to troubleshoot the fitness tracker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
