I am writing regarding order #ORD-6780-EDJ-1629 placed with Tasty & Food on December 18, 1984. I paid $632.92 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maxie B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Apr 29, 2025 06:05After my initial complaint, Tasty & Food contacted me to troubleshoot the fitness tracker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
