Tutoring of Leadership failed to honor their commitment

I have been a loyal customer of Tutoring of Leadership for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-4745-TFW-2564) on December 8, 2024, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 01, 2025 06:06Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $17.24 refund only covers part of what I paid for the extended warranty, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
