I want to report a serious concern with Strong Homes & Sons's appliance that I purchased on May 29, 1983 from your Diannaburgh, Florida store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dimitri B., but my issue remains unresolved.
