Frustrated with Store Express Bordeaux's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8976-HSM-2174 placed with Store Express Bordeaux on October 11, 2014. I paid $486.86 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Fabiola E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 23, 2025 06:04It's now been 10 days since my initial complaint, and Store Express Bordeaux still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their personal shopping service.
