Software glitches with WebEdge product
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with WebEdge's service that I purchased on March 14, 1975 from your North Lexusburgh, Missouri store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Malinda G., but my issue remains unresolved.
