Warranty claim denied by WebEdge

On August 2, 2021, I signed up for WebEdge's maintenance program at their Carrollmouth, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $864.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rhea H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
