Frustrated with WebEdge's lack of response

On October 19, 2010, I signed up for WebEdge's installation service at their West Jedidiah, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $927.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Grayce H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 29, 2025 05:51Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $201.31 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
