On March 13, 1998, I signed up for Signature Estates Group Ltd.'s installation service at their South Rosannaburgh, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $118.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alexa X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
