I have been a loyal customer of Signature Estates Group Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-5162-ZKD-1332) on October 7, 2006, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
