I am writing regarding order #ORD-9995-MSV-5176 placed with Goods & Nation on August 18, 1992. I paid $974.6 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Oscar I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 23, 2025 05:50I want to acknowledge that Goods & Nation has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $123.52 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $123.52 for a formal shoes that never worked properly.
