Poor customer service experience with Expert Rights Advocates International

I have been a loyal customer of Expert Rights Advocates International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-2253-JXF-2588) on March 23, 2019, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 24, 2025 05:40I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The specialty food item from Expert Rights Advocates International not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
