I have been a loyal customer of Representation, Representation & Advisors for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-6242-HXW-6693) on August 10, 1978, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 01, 2025 05:34I've received an email from James Miller at Representation, Representation & Advisors offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The subscription box was clearly defective from the start.
