I purchased a accessory from Dining & Catering Ltd. on December 5, 1978. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jaydon U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 23, 2025 05:41I want to acknowledge that Dining & Catering Ltd. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $495.97 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $495.97 for a winter coat that never worked properly.
