I am writing regarding order #ORD-5423-DYT-7209 placed with Dining & Catering Ltd. on May 18, 2021. I paid $85.94 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Chance W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
