I am writing regarding order #ORD-7119-KPS-3492 placed with Dining & Catering Ltd. on December 26, 1986. I paid $640.92 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ruth B. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Dining & Catering Ltd. called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
