I want to report a serious concern with Elite Properties Holdings's software that I purchased on October 15, 1971 from your Maggioville, Wisconsin store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Viva L., but my issue remains unresolved.
