I am writing regarding order #ORD-9997-OCH-5186 placed with Elite Properties Holdings on April 16, 1985. I paid $393.22 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kari F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
