I have been a loyal customer of LabHyper for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-9310-CIL-7157) on September 16, 2006, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

Apr 27, 2025 05:35I've received an email from Joseph Miller at LabHyper offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The organic produce box was clearly defective from the start.
