I have been a loyal customer of LabHyper for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered solution (order #ORD-9310-CIL-7157) on September 16, 2006, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I've received an email from Joseph Miller at LabHyper offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The organic produce box was clearly defective from the start.
