Frustrated with Pure & Flavors Baltimore's lack of response

I purchased a device from Pure & Flavors Baltimore on September 16, 1996. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Norris R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 08, 2025 05:45I've received an email from Quinn Hall at Pure & Flavors Baltimore offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The fitness tracker was clearly defective from the start.
