On November 6, 1992, I signed up for Pure & Flavors Baltimore's technical assistance at their East Karlie, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $185.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Pietro J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
