On October 24, 1988, I signed up for Easy Goods Enterprises's delivery service at their North Lucilemouth, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $177.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Deborah B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
