Overcharged by Easy Goods Enterprises for service
Complaint Details
On April 20, 1998, I signed up for Easy Goods Enterprises's warranty service at their Domenicamouth, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $854.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Katheryn W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 08, 2025 05:46I want to acknowledge that Easy Goods Enterprises has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $397.45 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $397.45 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
