On March 25, 1982, I signed up for Clinic Solutions's premium plan at their Ryanbury, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $126.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Theodora U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm updating my complaint because Clinic Solutions finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the router, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
