Poor customer service experience with Clinic Solutions

On June 28, 2013, I signed up for Clinic Solutions's setup assistance at their Fayhaven, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $162.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dean I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 30, 2025 06:01Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $265.56 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
