Misleading advertising by Wisdom Center

I have been a loyal customer of Wisdom Center for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-4974-VPM-9481) on November 27, 1976, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 10, 2025 05:14I'm updating my complaint because Wisdom Center finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the jacket, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
