I have been a loyal customer of Wisdom Center for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered account (order #ORD-4974-VPM-9481) on November 27, 1976, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm updating my complaint because Wisdom Center finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the jacket, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
